France Donnay

France Donnay is Chief of the Reproductive Health Branch at the United Nations Population Fund. In this capacity, she coordinates the formulation of policies and programme interventions addressing issues of maternal mortality and women's reproductive health. Prior to joining the UN system, she practiced obstetrics in Belgium, Chad and Cambodia and worked in many countries throughout Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe as a consultant on reproductive health issues for WHO, UNFPA, the World Bank and Doctors Without Borders. Ms. Donnay is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist from Belgium with a Masters in Public Health.
